ARTICLE 2 — SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded remotely via the containerslager.com website.

They apply in accordance with:

• Articles L221-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code
• Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This information includes, in particular:

• the product description
• technical specifications
• dimensions
• the price including tax

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.

In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code, essential information is provided prior to order confirmation.

ARTICLE 4 — PRICES

Prices are listed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed:

• Metropolitan France: free shipping
• European Union: €350 (including tax) per item

No additional fees will be charged without prior notice.

ARTICLE 5 — ORDER

The order becomes final after:

• selection of products
• confirmation of the shopping cart
• acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• payment

A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

In accordance with Article L221-14 of the French Consumer Code, any order implies an obligation to pay.

ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT METHODS

Payment may be made via:

• credit card (Visa, Mastercard) through Stripe
• bank transfer (upon prior request)

Payments are secured using SSL encryption.

Bank details are never stored on the website.

The charge is processed upon order confirmation (credit card) or after receipt of funds (bank transfer).

The order is confirmed only after payment has been validated.

ARTICLE 7 — ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within:

1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Order cutoff time: 3:00 PM (CET).

Any order placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Business days exclude:

• weekends
• public holidays

ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY

• Metropolitan France
• European Union

Containers are delivered via specialized road transport.

Delivery times:

Metropolitan France:

• Free delivery
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days

European Union:

• Cost: €350 (including tax) per item
• Lead time: 5 to 15 business days

Estimated total lead time (including processing):

• France: 6 to 12 business days
• EU: 6 to 17 business days

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery shall take place no later than 30 calendar days.

Transfer of risk:

In accordance with Article L216-4, the transfer of risk occurs when the customer takes possession of the product.

ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt.

As a courtesy, an extended period of 30 business days is granted.

ARTICLE 10 — RETURN POLICY

The product must be returned:

• in its original condition
• complete
• properly protected

The customer may be held liable in the event of depreciation.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in the case of:

• a shipping error
• a defective product
• non-conformity

ARTICLE 11 — REFUND

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from:

• receipt of the product
or
• proof of shipment

The refund includes:

• the price including tax
• standard shipping costs

Refunds will be issued via:

• credit card (Stripe)
• or bank transfer, if applicable

ARTICLE 12 — LEGAL WARRANTIES

Products are covered by:

• the legal warranty of conformity
• the warranty against hidden defects

The customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund at no cost.

ARTICLE 13 — LIABILITY

The company shall not be held liable in the event of:

• force majeure
• incorrect delivery
• delays attributable to the carrier

Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

ARTICLE 15 — MEDIATION AND DISPUTES

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge.

An amicable resolution will be sought.

Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
