The products offered on the Containerslager website can be delivered to the following areas:

• Metropolitan France
• Countries of the European Union

Any request for delivery outside these areas must be submitted in advance to customer service:

The containers are delivered by specialized road transport, adapted to the transport of bulky goods.

3. Order processing time

Orders are processed under:

1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Order deadline: 3:00 PM (CET).

Any order placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Working days exclude:

• weekends
• public holidays

4. Delivery times

The indicated delivery times are average estimates and may vary depending on:

• the customer's location
• logistical constraints
• transport conditions

Metropolitan France:

• Delivery: free
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days

Estimated total time (including processing):
6 to 12 working days (approximately 8 to 16 calendar days)

European Union:

• Delivery charges: €350 including VAT per item
• Delivery time: 5 to 15 business days

Estimated total time (including processing):
6 to 17 working days (approximately 8 to 23 calendar days)

5. Maximum legal time limit

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, delivery will take place at the latest within 30 calendar days from the date of the order.

If this deadline is exceeded, the client may request the termination of the contract under the conditions provided by law.

6. Delivery conditions

The containers are delivered by specialized carrier directly to the address indicated when ordering.

Each order is subject to prior logistical validation to verify access and delivery conditions.

Delivery is made by appointment with the customer.

The customer must ensure that:

• Access to the delivery location is compatible with crane truck transport
• The unloading area is accessible, clear and secure

In case of specific access constraints, it is recommended to contact customer service before ordering.

7. Risk Transfer

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code, the transfer of risk occurs when the customer takes physical possession of the product.

8. Delivery problem

• missing product
• of non-receipt
